Mondillo Riesling



One of the best Central Otago dry rieslings you'll find from a region that's perfectly suited for their creation. An elegant nose with aromas of white blossom, floral’s and honeysuckle. Dry to taste and medium-bodied, the palate is succulent with the flavours of citrus, peaches, ripe fruit balanced by a limey softness and a dry finish. An excellent aperitif and food wine. TW Estate Chardonnay



Hawke's Bay is the oldest wine region in New Zealand and the second largest. Located at 39.4°S, in the North Island of New Zealand, Tiki's maritime climate is similar to Bordeaux. This region is well known for their rich, complex Chardonnays. GRAPE VARIETY  100% Chardonnay  REGION 100% Hawke’s Bay, 175m elevation ABV 13.5% COLOUR A delicate pale straw green BOUQUET Exhibits a very strong combination of Clone 15 Chardonnay fruit, complex toasty oak and yeast lees along with subtle malolactic fermentation aromas. PALATE A full-flavoured Chardonnay delivering clear varietal flavours supported by a fullness and creaminess derived from extended time on yeast lees in barrel. Full malolactic fermentation has helped to soften the wine and add complexity of flavour that is supported by a subtle oak background from the barrel- ageing.

Petit Clos Henri Sauvignon Blanc



Stemming from their French heritage, the entire Clos Henri vineyard is planted in high density, forcing the vines to compete with one another, which results in highly concentrated grapes and more mineral flavours in the wine. The inviting nose of stony minerality and blood orange develops into lifted notes of tropical fruits and lingering herbals.  REGION Marlborough, NZ ABV 13.5 % BOUQUET stony minerality and blood orange with notes of tropical fruits and lingering herbals PALATE Notes of peach and nectarine are paired with elderflower and soft gunflint minerality. Textural, with zingy acidity and a flinty, mineral nuance this wine is both fresh and concentrated. The finish is crisp and refreshing with a touch of minerality.

Steve Bird Pinot Gris



Steve has found that this site in Gisborne produces Pinot Gris grapes that retain a wonderful flinty, minerality in the wine, for which the region is so renown.  GRAPE VARIETY 100% Pinot Gris REGION Gisborne, New Zealand ABV 12.5% BOUQUET The aroma is intensely varietal, showing fresh pear with hints of exotic spice on the nose. PALATE Both richness and poise with the ripe fruit favours highlighted by the wine’s sensuous texture. SERVICE Serve at 8-10 °C.
